Description: Edible mushroom. It grows around pine trees on all continents. It can be found all over the Czech Republic. Its common names in Czech include klouzek žlutý, máselník, máselka, smetánka, loupák, podborovice and podborůvka; its common Slovak name is maslák.

Use: Excellent edible mushroom suitable essentially in all forms and recipes. It is tasty and easily digestible, although some sensitive individuals may experience symptoms similar to allergic reactions. It goes well with scrambled eggs, with soups and sauces and with meat. Use it to flavour risotto or even pizza. Recommendation: Before use, soak in water or milk for 2 hours.
