Description: Edible mushroom. This mushroom is favoured by mushroom pickers. Among its common Czech names are janek, osikář, červenáč, vosičník and křemenice; in Slovak it is called kozák osikový.

Use: Excellent edible mushroom for all kinds of recipes. It is commonly used in mushroom dishes and mixes, soups or sauces. It can also be combined with other species of mushrooms and vegetables. Recommendation: Before use, soak in water or milk for 2 hours.
