Description: Edible mushroom. Bay bolete is an excellent edible mushroom whose qualities are almost equal of those of Boletus edilus. Its common Czech name includes modrák, podborovák, podubák, suchouš.

Use: Bay bolete is a tasty mushroom that is held in high regard in Czech cuisine. It is widely used in soups, sauces and with meat. Dried mushrooms are more aromatic than their fresh counterparts. Recommendation: Before use, soak in water or milk for 2 hours.
