Use: Bay bolete is a tasty mushroom that is held in high regard in Czech cuisine. It is widely used in soups, sauces and with meat. Dried mushrooms are more aromatic than their fresh counterparts. Recommendation: Before use, soak in water or milk for 2 hours.
